What are the symptoms of bi polar disorder?
Bipolar disorder can cause many different kinds of symptoms. During the manic period is usually exhilarated, sleeps little and is difficult to control his actions or behavior. The typical symptoms of mania are:

* Elation
* Self-confidence
* Sleeplessness
* Irritability
* High level of activity
* Impulsiveness,
* Poor reasoning
* Lack of concentration
* Violent behavior.

The depressive periods may cause:

* Down
* Low appetite
* Anxiety
* Pessimism
* Fatigue
* Apathy
* Problems with concentration
* Introverted
* Suicidal thoughts

The symptoms can be so bad that it reduces a person’s ability to function normally in relation to family, friends and colleagues. They can be so bad as to require hospitalization to ensure that the person doing harm to themselves or others.
